U.S. Domestic Orders
USPS Standard:
Orders will arrive within 2-9 business days
     - Order amounts $0 - $49.99: $6.00 shipping
     - Order amount $50.00 - $199.99: $9.00 shipping 
     - Order amounts $200.00 and up: $15.00 shipping  

USPS Express: Orders arrive within 2-3 business days if placed before 11AM CST (signature maybe be required)
     - Please use the shipping estimator in your shopping cart page to see express mail rates. Price varies by weight and location.

FedEx Overnight: Orders received before 11AM CST will be received the following day by 3pm

Order Status
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time your order/payment is confirmed (not including weekends and holidays).
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- Please log in to your account to view your recent order history, status, and tracking information. If you do not have an account with us, please contact us for your order status.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email only. We will not be able to make changes to your order via PayPal comments or after your order has shipped.

Internation Orders
Please note that all international orders may be subject to VAT and other customs. These are buyer's responsibility. Delays are also possible due to custom regulations, unfortunately we have no control over this and can’t guarantee delivery times.

     - Order amounts $0 - $19.99: $9.00 shipping
     - Order amounts $20.00 - $49.99: $15.00 shipping
     - Order amounts $50.00 - $99.99: $20.00 shipping
     - Order amounts $100.00 - $149.99: $25.00 shipping
     - Order amounts $150.00 - $199.99: $30.00 shipping
     - Order amounts $200.00 and up : $45.00 shipping

Online tracking is not available for this shipping method. ever+mi.crush is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, by choosing this method buyer assumes all responsibility.

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy
1. All returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original invoice date
2. All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
3. All returned merchandise needs to include the original invoice in order to process.
4. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please call us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
5. For continental US orders only, we will send you your new exchange order with complimentary standard shipping (exchange shipping for Alaska and Hawaii is the responsibility of the buyer). Your new exchange order’s standard shipping fee will be refunded when we process your return package.
6. Gifts may be returned for store credit only.
7. If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable straps, belts, pins, brooches, etc.).
8. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free in order to process your return.

Shop carefully, all Sale Items/Special Priced Items (items ending in ".50", ".25", or ".00") are final sale items and will not be accepted as a return or to exchange. Sale Items/Special Priced Items and Flash Sale Items, earrings, hosiery, tights, socks, books, and cosmetics are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Returns received in damaged, worn condition or without tags attached (if applicable)
3. Shop carefully, all Sale Items/Special Priced Items will not be accepted as a return or to exchange. Sale Items/Special Priced Items and Flash Sale Items, earrings, hosiery, tights, socks, books, and cosmetics are not eligible for return or exchange.
4. Shoes returned with postage stickers on or any damage to the original shoebox - please place the shoebox inside a larger packing box to ship

We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a 20-50% restocking fee.

NOTE: ever+mi.crush is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages without tracking information.
